JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Execution of Isolated RCC footings and columns and Roadwork in accordance with approved drawings and site survey
Inspection of bar bindings and making BBS for this as per drawings
Documentation related to Inspection and discussion with Sr. Engineer
Preparation of daily progress report with snaps
Quality control measures with respect to footings, columns and plinth beams.
Document and manage all QC activities
Follow thru with daily site plans of working
Keeping management update related site activities by mails and snaps.
Preparation of site bills and Invoices pertaining to the same
Levelling and fitting of Anchor bolts for Erection work at site
Lead project or site team with proper guidance & setting targets
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Making reports regarding weekly and monthly material requirement for project and keep procurement division update with this.
Project planning, Monitoring & control for execution of job
Keeping good relations wiyh client, sub contractor,vendors & other associated with the job
Troubleshooting all aroused problems & taking care for further happenings
Updating the change up to approval
Pre –checking of equipments, tools &tackle physically and validity verifications as per test.
Raw material verification, checking as per drawings before execution of work
Inspection of structure like columns, RCC wall, beams and Brickwork i.e. maintain it in plumb before or after the concreting
Monitor and preparation of QA/QC packages procedures.
Preparations and maintenance off all required inspection reports and approved documents as per approved quality plan and in compliance with requirements
Preservations of all reference documents like codes, standards,and approved procedures and client specifications concerned to project
