Man power management in shift as per production planning.

To Plan of raw material & packing material for production fulfillment with quality & safety.

To monitoring & control of process area as per good hygiene practice.

To monitoring & control of wastage as per shift production.

To ensure frequency of changing & cleaning of all vassal, pots, conveyor.

To monitoring of all Magnets, All sieve & filter cleaning & their effectiveness & action taken if found any deviation immediately.

All the filter and used for the raw material preparation to be checked and cleaned timely.

To conduct internal quality audit on monthly basis & management review meeting.

To Validate of control measure, Traceability & product recall.
