Alexander Proudfoot – Atlanta, GA. Developed solution to replace manually created Tableau reports for business metrics. This involved gathering requirements and creating the front end for data collection (Developed in MS Access and SQL server), as well as testing and implementing the solution. Duplicating Excel reports in Tableau, and verifying the duplicated reports matched the original Excel reports. Also created and conducted a high level user training to help familiarize C-Level users with Tableau, and verified reports with C-Level users. Developed additional reports in Tableau.
Hunter Technical Resources, Inc. (Consultant) - Atlanta, GA. November 2011 – July 2015
Airtran Airways/Southwest Airlines – College Park, GA. Worked as a data analyst/report developer utilizing SSRS 2008. Successfully shut down Airtran specific reports after verifying they were no longer needed, Developed and implemented Southwest specific reports after meeting with users to gather and verify requirements. Also developed SQL specific Watchlist application utilizing SSIS 2008 that imported raw data provided by TSA and transformed the data into a usable format that is utilized as a backup to the TSA Watchlist program. This involved meeting with users to gather requirements; translating requirements into SSIS package, and verifying results of the package, and implementing the solution. Successfully integrated Airtran Airways databases and database applications into Southwest Airlines. Part of a team that successfully decommissioned remaining Airtran Airways databases and applications after determining they were no longer needed. Also worked on data mapping and data transformations for a new Southwest Airlines project that maps flight data from one reservation system to another.

T-SQL Stored Procedures, Jobs, and DTS/SSIS packages. Creating/Supporting solutions for multiple clients to report shipping statistics to clients using standard ANSI /X12 EDI formats (210, 214, 240, etc) as well as standard raw data formats CSV, XLS, TXT. This included translating requirements from business users, creating/supporting DTS/SSIS packages to ingest data and stored procedures to massage the data to report shipping statistics. Coca-Cola, Inc. Atlanta, GA. Worked on a stock option application written in Visual Basic 6.0 and Oracle 9i. Modified the application based on given specifications. Made all modifications in a timely manner and met required go-live deadline. Used Visual Basic 6.0 and Oracle to modify the application based on Merill Lynch stock option system specifications. Met with users to gather requirements and developed application according to specifications. Developed Access database to fit in with existing database structure. Used Crystal Reports 9.0 to create automated reports for other lab related systems, including setting up and installing Crystal Enterprise. Also supported a lab management system using Foxpro, as well as other applications written in Visual Basic. Developed a utility to update data in lab management systems database from Siebel database. Support user PC’s, Siebel, Great Plains, and perform basic network administration as necessary.

Developed internet business travel booking site. Enhanced the application through new development utilizing Visual Basic 6.0, ASP.net, C#, HTML, XML and Oracle.
