Manufacturer of innovative point-of-care products, services and solutions for the healthcare industry; created after the purchase of Stinger Medical by private equity group and subsequent merger with one additional company in 2013. Director of Operations (2012 – Present) • Vice President of Operations, Stinger Medical (2004 – 2012) Provide strategic and tactile direction to overall operations, including Production, Purchasing, Design Engineering, IT, Customer Service and Human Resources for a $40M operation in a 100,000 sq ft facility with full P&L accountability. Cross-functional manager overseeing Sales, Marketing and Engineering during the design and production of new products.

Coordinated the merger of one plant after Stinger was purchased; integrated People, Production, Purchasing, ERP system, Maintenance, and Shipping into one facility and brought it to full production within one year. Sales increased from $40M to $90M after merger.

Restructured Stinger Medical to accommodate increased sales from $18M to $40M, orchestrating the physical move to a new facility and getting it up and running in record time without impacting financials.

Implemented 5S methods and paced line system to pull production through the plant at Takt time.
