In 1996, I received a Bachelor degree of Engineering in Civil Engineering from City College of New York and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from New York Technical College in 1992. The general curriculum for the subject degrees consisted of, but not limited to: Physics, Chemistry, mathematics and advanced Calculus, surveying, Transportation and Traffic Engineering studies and applications, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Dynamics of Civil Engineering, Contract and Specifications and Environmental Engineering.

I have great people skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected and challenging situation. For the past few years, I supervised and monitored the work of design consultants and contractors. I kept staff very productive and improve the quality of project delivery using sound motivation techniques, built and transferred knowledge. I have more than ten years of experiences in construction and project management including significant amount of exposure to engineering and construction design management. I have managed Facilities engineering design and overseen project construction from ground up, using sound engineering techniques, project and construction management skills and initiatives. At SCA, I often participate in the selection of design, construction management, review and interpretation of standard design specifications. I very often perform the duty of acting SPO.

I am well-organized and very detail oriented. I do have the ability and a proven record to render sound project and construction management decision.

I am very flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks. I do interact, very effectively, with various levels of personnel, whether they are managers, senior engineers, consultants, principals, owners and or tenants.

My educational background, the thorough work experience and leadership in the project and construction management, my earnest desire to accept responsibilities and handle unexpected challenges and multiple activities, my ability to identify, interpret, define and apply new concepts, policies and objectives, finally my strong desire to succeed and willingness to work hard are among some of the my abilities and skills. I have the discipline, the dedication and commitment to efficiency and excellence, the civil engineering education and work experience qualifications required to successfully meet the needs and responsibilities required for the and thus contribute to the continuing success of the Authority.
