All specified below jobs are in deals with from conceptual structural design principles up to detail design with installation support, modification and repair of metallic and composite parts, also practice connected with generation requirements to production and product support; structural analysis principles, methods. Also some of my jobs wore connected with checking and validation interfaces between primary (metallic and composite) and Systems (interface control) My last job position is Structure Design and Integration (see description below). My day-to-day routine in CL300/CL350 CL605/CL650 programs are:

New design, modification metallic and composite structure (primary & secondary)

Preliminary sizing new design parts,

Mechanical & Electrical Systems Integration (electrical system components, Harness routing, bonding design, hydraulic system components, routing, pneumatic system –routing, etc.)

Redesign components of flight control,

Validation of Interfaces for Interiors components

Validation of change and additional requirements to modification Pilot & Copilot seats,

Coordination of Passenger seat, divan and cabin furniture attachments to Primary structure,

Landing gear system components,

Coordination of interfaces,

Integrator for Supplier of Center Fuselage package,

In Global 7000/8000 programs are:

Integration of EWIS components across aircraft,

CATIA V5, PDM-LINK

Over 3 years for «IRKUT» Corp. and Airbus, Dresden, Germany (Joint Venture) Senior Design Lead Engineer; The Corporation employs over 14,000 professionals, involved in design, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales support of a wide range of high-tech products. The current order book of IRKUT is the largest in the aircraft industry and amounts to US$ 6.9 billion. In 2007-2009 Irkut Corporation was awarded «Company of the Year» prize in the «Russia’s Defense Industry» nomination. My day-to-day routine in Passenger to Freighter conversion A320 and A321 ware:

sect. 17, 18 primary structure reinforcement parts and Main Deck Cargo Door surrounding Frame Shell Structure (CATIA V5, VPM – ENOVIA, TAKSY) structure design from conceptual design stage.

Non conformance and repair solution in primary structure.

Structure Design Lead (up to 10 engineers) with signature delegation to all specified above zone for metallic and composite detail parts, assemblies & installations.

Replacement of composite panels with provided cutouts for composite access doors and composite access doors itself for main deck cargo door operational panels.

Coordination of all interfaces with another ATA chapter in mentioned above aircraft structure zones.

Also have been AFT Fuselage reinforcement Work Package Leader (up to 25 engineers) for a 6 month

6 years for Moscow Boeing Design Center (MBDC): Design Engineer

The Boeing has had a cooperative relationship with Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) since the 1970s, when Boeing was part of the historic Apollo-Soyuz joint space mission. I’ve been involved in different programs:

737-900X wing modification program: sect. 11 & sect. 12 metallic part details and assemblies. Job duties are implementation of design changes to 3D models in accordance with stress analysis data CATIA V4 (all 3D and 2D) and incorporation of requirements in Product Data Management system PDM (Module owner role).

747SF fuselage modification program: Job duties are modification of fuselage metallic part details and assemblies in CATIA V4 & PDM.

747 payloads: Job duties is design Insulation of blankets and capstrips in CATIA V4 (All in 2D) & in PDM (Module owner role).

777 freighter wing modification program: sect. 11 & sect. 12 metallic part details and assemblies. Job duties are implementation of design changes to 3D models in accordance with stress analysis data in CATIA V4 (all 3D and 2D) & incorporation of requirements in PDM (Module owner role and full material requirement definition for parts (Full BOM), assemblies and installations).

777 liaison & sustaining program, 737 wing sustaining program support: Job duties are Implementation to design changes/improvements to resolve Non-Conformance (NCM), Corrective Action Required (CARs’), Engineering Liaison Request (ELR)

747-8 wing: - Shear tie rib metallic part detail & assembly development and integration (CATIA V5: full 3D for parts and 3D and 2D for assembly and installations), ENOVIA, PDM: Module owner role and full material requirement definition for parts, assemblies and installations).

- PDM support team lead (11 engineers) focal for whole wing groups; to provide full material requirement definition for metallic and composite parts. There is fulfilled full requirement to at approximately 8000 parts and assemblies in PDM accordance to design (CATIA V5, and ENOVIA used for analyzing to fulfill part and assemble requirement definition).

4 years for «SUKHOI» Company Moscow, Russia: Senior Design Engineer

The Sukhoi Company is Russia’s major aircraft holding, employing more than 29,000 people. Among the holding members are leading Russian design bureaus and aircraft production plants. My day-to-day routine in Sukhoi Super Jet program ware:

Developing, definition to selection of details, assemblies & Installation materials for Keel Beam and belly fairing panels,

Maintaining and modifying structural and component design. (CATIA V5 and TEAMCENTER)

Providing product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle

Engineering stress analysis (CATIA V5 DMU analysis’s, detail and assembly & Installation, preliminary sizing),

Material requirements – to provide full material definition for metallic and composite parts or full circle of development from definition to part release (most of first parts were produced to my discharge time).
