oFinite Element Analysis of Piston using ANSYS
Calculated the thermal stresses, mechanical stresses and deformations.
Fatigue analysis was performed to investigate factor of safety and life of the piston assembly using ANSYS workbench software.
In analysis the major working areas are meshing, connections for the whole assembly, deck preparation, submitting the run and checking model behavior after completion of the run.
oAnalysis of flow through Zanker plate
Worked on comparison of flow from circular and oval hole plate using simulation.
The plate thickness was found to have fundamental effect on the flow quality which is inversely proportional to the velocity component.
oIntelligent Reverse Braking System
In this system Sensor operated pneumatic brake consists IR transmitter and Receiver circuit, Control Unit, Pneumatic breaking system and solenoid.
The IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle.

oTribological Advancement in air foil bearing technology
Project focused on contact mechanism and wear characteristics of foil bearings and how low friction coating can be applied to prolong the bearing life.
Designed assembly of air foil bearing using CREO.
oTurbine blade design in CREO
Designed complete geometry in CREO and done analysis in ANSYS Workbench.
