Director of Assembly Operations
- Managed fully vertically integrated LED lighting operation.

- Increased productivity by 35% by increasing capacity. Reduced footprint of production cells and standardized the cells to accommodate all products.
- Implemented pull system between paint line and assembly to reduce inventory on the production floor. Created Kan Ban carts as a visual trigger between paint and assembly to reduce inventory.
- Redesigned production floor to create a one piece flow and point of use replenishment system. Strategically placed Mini Markets within cells that were replenished by a water spider to reduce down time and stock outs.
