Responsible for preparing site-specific environmental permits, registrations, notifications and implement field compliance programs (regulatory and permit compliance at field level air emissions monitoring / record keeping, NPDES sampling / reporting, waste sampling/management, Title V Compliance, Emissions Inventories, flare regulations, SARA 312/313, TRRC Underground Injection Well Reports, Hydrostatic Testing, etc.).

•Advise local operations personnel on the requirements to retain data and records as required by specific environmental permits or other regulatory requirements (air emissions monitoring, tank seal inspections, emergency response plans/drills, SPCC, etc.). Assist in the implementation and maintenance of site-specific environmental files.

•Provide subject matter expertise in all waste regulations and related compliance program areas (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, UST, etc.).
