Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of the unit and admission of clients to I.C.U.

Assessment of vital parameters of clients.

Evaluation and recording of Glasgow Comma, Scale, P.D., Ventilator Charting.

Maintaining

Providing basic nursing care to the clients and attending to the activities of the daily living such as suctioning, positioning and other personal needs of the clients.
