Responsibilities: My duties are to plan, coordinate, and track the project activities and budgets for initiatives of supported customer groups. Manage small, medium, and large projects such as EMM/MDM, PTC, Video Recording, and Event recorders. Assist in planning and organizing resources from across all Technology areas along with the Business to achieve Project objectives. Establish procedures and processes for project activities. I create, monitor, and maintain projects in project management software including managing project plans, tasking, budgets and assignments. Work closely with Finance and the Program Management Office (PMO) to maintain data accuracy in corporate financial software. I manage project reporting and issue processes. Other responsibilities include Wireless Vendor management and EMM/MDM Implementation and rollout. My team has a vital role in CSX Application Testing and Support. I manage and support 4 ovation contractors on Wireless and Mobile projects. I communicate an issues list and issue priorities, assigning tasks, and regular status meetings with business partners. Electrical Systems Engineer
Responsibilities: As an Electrical Systems Engineer I am responsible for the definition of specifications, maintenance and modification instructions for all of Locomotive Engineering, sub-systems components or devices used in the operation or maintenance of a locomotive fleet of approximately 3500 active locomotives. I also provide to Locomotive shops specifications, instructions, training, specifications and recommendations for electrical systems and equipment for a variety of locomotives. I
Provide specifications and recommendations for the purchase of Locomotive equipment, systems, sub-systems, components and devices used on or for testing of locomotives. I provide technical support to various Locomotive Engineering and transportation departments to ensure the efficiency of overall operations. I am a member of the rules committee with AAR and FRA on decision making of changes to existing and new rules. I am a member of standards committees for Video recorders and Event recorders. Projects lead on PTC- Positive Train control. I handle all on board configurations. I design the communications portions of the project. Attend all meetings to give updates on current progress of the Positive Train Control project. Lead Engineer in implementation of PTC. I also am the lead Engineer on CMOR, CBTM, ERAD/ATS, LDVR and Trimble projects.

Responsibilities: As a Signal and Communications Technician I am responsible for proactively monitoring radio, voice and data circuits within communications at CSX Transportation.
