●Prioritize the order that the tools are repaired with Copper and NCU Copper area coordinators.
●Coordinates wafer movement through Litho Copper, and Non Copper ensuring shift output goals are meet.
●Performs Fab and Subfab monthly, quarterly and annually preventive maintenance (PM) on Lithius ACT 12 tracks / Lithius Pro Tracks to include: tool shutdowns, coaters and developers removal for cleaning, wipe down and install, PRA, CRA greasing and belt ring replacement, T-purges, HMDS refills, resist batch changes; bottle changes, and SLAM bottle changes on all of the indicating Tracks.

● Collects and analyzes data to ensure equipment is operating within specification (spec) limits. Adjusts tool parameters to ensure tool is operating within spec limits.
●Performs daily preventive maintenance on lithography area tool sets to include: CD SEM / CDH, registration, Nikon /Asml / Immersion Scanners. Performed troubleshooting and error recovery on equipment’s.
●Performs critical dimension, registration measurements and visual inspection of wafers at metrology operations on Mik Tools. Retrieves and analyzes measured data of failed lots and disposition lots per spec.
●Certifies peers on Control of Hazardous Energies (COHE) for Litho Non Copper/Copper Lithius Tracks team.
●Peer trainer for Fab20 and D1D Self Sustain Technician resulting in their link/metrology certification.
