Started as VP Manufacturing. Oversee 250 employees and a $15Million CAPEX budget in driving process improvements throughout the operation, Plant Upgrades and Process re-engineering.
Directed process re-designs and new machinery commissioning aimed to cope with new client’s requirement. Process improvement initiatives not only helped attain new markets but also improved product quality on existing customers.
