I am seeking a career in manufacturing within an hour’s drive of Princeton Kentucky, 42445.

I approach manufacturing in a root-cause improvement manner. Changing how a part is made, how flow is managed, and what processes to use are fundamentals to my way of thinking. Reduced external quality costs from 50% to 2% by developing an enhanced balancing procedure.
