This is a much larger operation than just the two hundred and sixty acres in Ossipee. The larger portion of the company operates six locations and handles everything from storefronts, storage facilities, equipment salvage and complete rebuilds.

I am involved in the day to day operations of Bar-code scanning the hospital & seven off-site facilities, delivery of these products and also the reorder of all products back into the warehouse.
Other daily tasks is to work with all users at Frisbie on the online ordering of product from the warehouse and the direct orders coming from outside sources. I have worked extensively on the AS-400 & I-series computer systems with upgrades and building/re-building the Item Master to become more efficient and easier for the end user to work with. I am the Forms Committee Chairperson, I am a member of the New Products Committee and I also am a member of the Charge Master Review Team. I am the liaison for Information Services with any and all computer issues pertaining to Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Receiving and the Item Master files. My tasks as Purchasing Manager were quite varied. I did the daily purchasing of all raw materials for manufacturing latex gloves which consists of many bulk tank chemicals all the way down to three separate laboratories. This also meant controlling the delivery schedules of all raw products and had to perform daily inventories. Other tasks included purchasing and inventory control of the complete stock of all MRO purchasing for this facility. This included a large tool crib and a complete parts inventory for 10 glove machines valued at $750,000.00 per machine. I helped build and maintain their computer system files, set-up inventory levels and interface it to the purchasing module.
