All office requirements such as typing (60-65 wpm), multi-telephone lines, filing documents and forms, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word Processing, Data Entry (numeric and alpha), Data Processing, Lotus Notes, some Lotus 1-2-3, some Quickbooks, EDI, Provide (State software), Enterprise IQ, SAP, Great Plains, spreadsheets, coordinating and creating documents, scheduling travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, General Ledger (credits and debits), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, billing, inventory, dealing with invoices for shipping, ordering and receiving, customer service call center (in-person, phone conversations, trouble-shooting, and taking orders), cash handling. Entered data from doctors charts on patients, lab results, medications, did transportation for patients, was assistant to the Ryan White Program Manager for which I worked for in that department.

-Warehouse Position - Receiving, Shipping, Data Entry

Work all duties of the warehouse which included mainly all receiving, dealing with shortages and overshipments, credits toward invoices, order entry,
