My work at CF, USF Dugan, Eagle Global Logistic, Kuehne-Nagel Logistics and at Trane Global Distribution, in all phases of dock operations has given me the experience to be able to train productive employees. I have shown by my work and attitude that the road to success is by example, knowledge and team effort. Striving to be ever more efficient in maintaining and increasing a competitive advantage in our industry is one of my goals.
During my thirty- six years with four major shippers in the distribution industry, I have worked in all phases of dock operations from dock-hand to assistant terminal manager. I am experienced and efficient at both operations management and training.
I strive to lead by example, knowing a well-run facility is based on knowledge, effort and team pride. Consistent, even-handed actions with a positive attitude produce the well trained, safe and efficient employees that are necessary to compete in our increasingly competitive industry.
I would like to join your team and put my experience and strengths to your team.
