Provide exceptional services to Military Personnel Office (MILPO) of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG).

Render technical expertise and guidance to all military personnel assigned in the state

Take part of Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) as well as unit mobilizations and de mobilizations.

Present periodic briefings for staff, commanders, and administrative personnel to educate them on all aspects of the assigned program.

Prepare and submit various statistical data or reports regarding military HR issues to commanders, supervisors, and MILPO staff to support the development of HR management decisions.

Act as the technical expert, responsible for the OPM program and functions.

Gather, review, and validate promotion actions, from officer 2001 through 2006.

Delegate responsibilities and monitored all activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet production and accuracy requirements.

Perform key tasks, such as approving all employees’ leave; determining training needs; and providing performance standards and ratings.

STAFF MANAGEMENT, TRAINING, AND DEVELOPMENT

Organize and facilitate training for supervisors and guidance, while rendering support to military members on programs for which I am assigned.

Directly supervise all personnel within the unit in all assigned programs.
