Role: Informatica Developer

Southwest Loyalty & call center implementation is the conversion of mileage plan from existing legacy loyalty program to rapid rewards 2.0 using Oracle Siebel Loyalty 8.1.1. Along with application developed this projects requires a data warehouse for analyzing the performance of the loyalty program and service requests from call center application. ETL process to build the data warehouse is carried out using Informatica and OBIEE is used for reporting and analysis purposes.

Responsibilities:

Involved in understanding and documenting the requirements of Business analysts and users.

Involved in Implementation of complete life cycle of Business data warehouse for loyalty users with star schemas.

Participated in the entire life cycle of the project, which involved understanding scope of the project, functionality, technical design and complete development.

Created complex mappings involving Filter, Router, Expression, Lookup, Update Strategy, Sequence generator, Normalizer, Union, Joiner and Aggregator transformations.

Configured repository service, nodes and Integration service using browser based Informatica power center administration console and also configured security to assign groups and permissions to the users.

Informatica Power Center was used to load strategic source data into CMD.
