All financial processes for BCC were reviewed and approved by me since the beginning of my employment in 1997. During times of need and/or shortage of employment, I was flexible with my tasks and duties which resulted in extending them to bookkeeping, billing, completion of Profit and Loss statements, Tax preparation, and other financial services. Apart from this, I also many times applied Management Services to the business structure of BCC which streamlined productivity and allowed processes such as customer service, payment, and billing to become less time consuming.

Although my time at C&R was more limited, my range of duties and responsibilities was broader, and the experience gained is reflecting of that fact. Apart from performing many of the duties that I also performed for BCC, I also offered my services as a Project Supervisor for philanthropy events and services throughout the Gulf Coast region during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. I also assisted in the allocation of funds throughout different sectors of the company, which in effect streamlined the processes by which C&R conducts service, allocates payments, and performs billing. Also, during my time of partial employment with C&R, most of my bookkeeping and financial advising were reviewed and critiqued by CPA’s, banks, and the owners of C&R themselves, which allowed for me to have a greater understanding of the implications of macroeconomic processes in relation to microeconomic decisions.
Skills
Operations Management: Through extended experience and observation of the many processes of the financial workplace and how they relate with the construction industry, I am knowledgeable of the organizational ergonomics involved which allow for the most efficient communication and interaction between the two.
Information and Decisions Sciences: As previously stated, I am proficient in accounting and bookkeeping software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. I have over 13 years of experience in this field, and am able to discern differentiations and irregularities in financial records as well as improve glitches, mistakes, and in most cases am able to solve enigmas brought on by faulty bookkeeping. Despite the fact that I am proficient with computer software, I am also able to do research with hard copies of records and files and have in the past solved problems that were a result of irregularities in the statistics that were presented to me.
Interpersonal Relations: Through my time spent with BCC, C&R, NAMI and Benetech, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills which allow me to interact seamlessly with a wide range of personalities. Apart from interacting, I have also learned to manage different and unique personalities so that they may perform to the best of their ability.
