Office Manager / Executive Assistant 12/2014 – 7/2016

-Opened new corporate office from blank-shell space, including researching/negotiating contracts with vendors for office equipment and services.

-Handled all HR for corporate and new hire employees until HR Director started in February. Set up eVerify account, gathered and reported all data for approximately thirty new employees and executives. Resumed all HR duties in January 2016, revamping all SOPs for Corporate and Hiring managers.

-Established benefit management program for thirty employees.

-Created travel program based on company protocol for executive and new store launch teams.

-Administrative duties include record-keeping of all incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx and UPS packages. Managing conference room and catering as needed...
