Role & Responsibilities:

Presently I am working in the chosen wind energy pvt ltd as a. Engineer civil for Behpur, Garoda, Palsodi, and Mahuriya Project in Madhya Pradesh.

• Responsibilities - To accomplish the quality of concrete work, steel work anchor Ring assembly and stub leveling and alignment, also Sub grade Road Work. Mass concrete work of 260 cum concrete for foundation as per Mix Design. Quality of work maintain by slump test, proper vibration, quantity analysis of concrete materials and civil vehicle management i.e. Jcb, Poke lane etc.

• Handling three contractors simultaneously for different job.

• Take Decision according to the site condition and implementation as per plan.

• Give plan to subordinates.

• To carry out Technical supervision for civil construction, Structure, Finishing and related items etc., at all stages in a Greenfield project.

• To Monitor & test of all concrete making ingredients (aggregates, water, admixture) Ensuring timely cube tests for RCC items.

• Incoming inspection of all material, components used for proper quality to ensure compliance with standards, regulation, specification & documented procedure.

• Responsible for liaison with consultant engineer and government authorities with respect to civil work.

• Responsible for Supervision of labour / preparing contractor bills.

• Responsible for Quality Control/Quality Assurance Project.

• To deliver the commitment on construction as per schedule Project progress monitoring, reporting deviations in terms of time schedule, cost etc. and taking necessary actions.

• To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.

• To prepare rate analysis of all items, amendments and taking approval from management time. To time.

• Joint measurements and reconciliation of items supplied against usage.

• Maintaining cement and steel registers

Maintaining transparency and integrity.

• Maintaining safety at site during work
