As one of the first employee’s hired in a start-up business, we’ve worked in construction, receiving and invoicing, marketing and display, training and certification in the DX1 dealer management system which links all of the departments in the dealership. My brother developed rapid degenerative bone disease that required an invasive spinal implant surgery. He struggled with complications of the surgery and did not survive. We lost him in 2013. Recently it has become clear that my employment with Bison LLC has become unsustainable. There are increasing internal problems with the owners and the opening of the business that I believe will undermine a successful employment experience if I choose to remain with the company. Therefore, I am planning to leave my position with them to search for more suitable employment elsewhere.
