• Monitor Equipment in the area and be familiar with issues,

• Perform routine PMs and Maintenance as required.

• Create/Modify Procedures and PM specifications as needed to improve tool availability or

enhance training of other technicians.

maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and calibration in a cleanroom enviornment

Position- Manufacturing Technician: Wet Etch/Plating, operation, qualification and preventative maintenance of Etch Plating tool. Taking chemical samples and calculating dosing of process tanks for proper ratio mixtures.

• Intel Corporation 6/2015 to present

Position- Manufacturing Technician: Metrology duties include operating measurement equipment to measure and check alignments and critical dimensions to product. Running daily monitor to qualify tools, keeping up with floor updates to insure product is processed as per demands and prioritizing. Position- Equipment Technician: Responsible for initial proper install of large capacity furnace Sapphire processing equipment, serial number and parts procurement in Quality Control. Troubleshoot, repair, and calibration of PLC, software driven, automated Meyerberger saws, grinders and polishers of Sapphire crystal boules.

scrubbers.

Position- Equipment Technician/Wet Etch: Responsibility involves the preventative, corrective,

and upgrade of the 12 inch wafer processing tool sets found in the Wet Etch area. Wet Etch

Tool set includes DNS and Tel wet Acid and solvent Tools.
