• 24 years experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing repair, preventative

maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and calibration in a cleanroom enviornment

• Intel Corporation 3/2016 to present

Position- Manufacturing Technician: Wet Etch/Plating, operation, qualification and preventative maintenance of Etch Plating tool. Taking chemical samples and calculating dosing of process tanks for proper ratio mixtures.

• Intel Corporation 6/2015 to present

Position- Manufacturing Technician: Metrology duties include operating measurement equipment to measure and check alignments and critical dimensions to product. Running daily monitor to qualify tools, keeping up with floor updates to insure product is processed as per demands and prioritizing. Using CMMS and other quality tools on PC for quality control, data collection for tool usage.

• GT Advanced Technologies 1/2014 to 12/2014

Position- Equipment Technician: Responsible for initial proper install of large capacity furnace Sapphire processing equipment, serial number and parts procurement in Quality Control. Troubleshoot, repair, and calibration of PLC, software driven, automated Meyerberger saws, grinders and polishers of Sapphire crystal boules.

Position- Equipment Technician/Wet Etch: Responsibility involves the preventative, corrective, and

upgrade of the 8 inch wafer processing tool sets found in the Wet Etch area. Wet Etch Tool set

includes SCP, Semi-tool Raiders, Semi-tool Solvent and Acid chemical equipment, and DNS

scrubbers.

• Intel Semiconductor Corporation 6/2006 to 6/2009

Position- Equipment Technician/Wet Etch: Responsibility involves the preventative, corrective,

and upgrade of the 12 inch wafer processing tool sets found in the Wet Etch area. Wet Etch

Tool set includes DNS and Tel wet Acid and solvent Tools.

Position- Equipment Technician/Wet Etch: Responsibility involves the preventative, corrective,

and upgrade of the 8 inch wafer Chemical Mechanical Processing tool sets found in the

Planarization area.

• Catalytica Energy Systems 8/2003 to 4/2005

Manufacturing Technician- maintain, repair, operate coating line equipment to manufacture gas

and diesel turbines. Corrugate, coat, varied metals with precious metals, keep records of all

production information utilizing MS word, excel and Lab View.

Equipment Technician Diffusion/Quartz Clean- Primary responsibilities include Quartz ware related

preventative maintenance of Diffusion and, Service/Rebuild of Injectors, PM Vacuums, PM

Poly Flows and rebuild/test/clean of many other misc. stainless parts (cold traps, gate valves,

flanges). As well as processing (prep, ship, receive, inspect, stock) all kits/parts requiring off-

site and on-site clean. Maintaining quartz inventory and assisting in maintenance diffusion

compromising safety or quality. Provides support for the high-volume manufacturing of boards or

systems. In addition, operate tools, perform preventative maintenance, participate in process control
