NATURE OF JOB PROFILE :-

Maintenance of Bookkeeping as per the Accounting System and as per the accounting standards.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliations Statements.

Follow up for Accounts Receivables.

Update the fixed assets sheet and post the monthly depreciation to the GL.

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information of Sales account, supplier accounts, petty cash, expenses and incomes, Assets and Liabilities.

Ensure to record all the expenses and liabilities in respective period for closing the books of accounts.

Prepare accrued expenses sheets and post the entries to their accounts.

Verify the accuracy of accounting documents and records.

Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Update and maintains accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions ( disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable ).

Monthly visit the branches for Physical inventory audit to verify and reconcile the variances.

Preparation of expense statement on monthly basis for analyzing each expense and reporting it to the management.
