Mechanical/Electronic Assembler 1998 to 2016
Hand solder printed circuit boards, prep and install parts before soldering process. Solder and install items such as resisters, capacitors, headers, bar graphs, and power and glass diodes on printed circuit boards. Use coax and tri-axe cable to build cables to length and install connectors or pins. Cut and strip cables that use 2, 4, 6 and 12 wires in casing for the same cable and connector building process.
Work with various gauges of wire, color and lengths from 6 inches to 200 feet. Crimp pins, terminal connectors and solder-less terminals. Install colored wires into housings for circuit boards. Solder Molex pins for installation to pin housing.
Build and install wiring harness. Use voltage meter and other equipment to calibrate and adjust voltage to specifications.
Install and wire roller pots, rocker pots, turn pots and joysticks. Wire, solder and install 2 and 4 pole switches.
Build and wire mono jacks, stereo plugs and mechanical motors with servos.
Assemble and calibrate a wide range of cables, motors and circuit boards, including main control units and rechargeable battery packs.
Train new employees and assist to solve problems.

As Master Technician, I performed a wide range of mechanical activities including internal and external bumper to bumper maintenance, engine rebuilds, transmissions, rear ends, ABS systems, installation of aftermarket parts and repairs, air bag replacements and body modifications. Traveled to various shop locations as a mobile tech to repair vehicles as needed.
As Shop Supervisor, I was responsible for training mechanics, vehicle transports, vehicle and parts inventory, warranty items, pre-delivery inspections and trouble shooting. Customer satisfaction ratings increased for a number of dealerships under my direction. Performed motivational and team building activities. Project management duties included recalls and Tech Service Bulletins.
