Cashier/Finance Officer Duties:

Well versed in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change

maintain clean, neat and correctly stocked check stand and safe and secure work area

Knowledge of Fun Certificate, Sodexo Pass, Cash, Checks, Credit/ Debit cards, and refunds

Operates cash register and maintaining cash drawer

Performs Cashier daily report

Arrange and settles bill for held seminars and birthday parties

Generate and read Cashier Sales, Terminal and Financial Reports

Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary workstation at all times, including replenishing supplies (glassware, napkins, etc.), cleaning counters and POS monitors, etc.

Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practice, including pricing and discounting.

Communicate guest requests to Manager on Duty, as needed.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Receive payment by cash and credit cards

Issue receipts or change due to customer

Delivery Coordinator Duties:

Answering phone calls

Provide support in pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders.

Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.

Obtain customer orders for product deliveries including product style, color, delivery date, address, and phone number

Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.

Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers.

Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by customers

Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.

Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations

Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle and transport hazardous products safely

Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damages.

Delivery dispatching.

Monitor delivery riders
