« Introduction to Avionics » this course explains the following:

The principles and theory of modern avionic systems. The course covers aerodynamics and aircraft control principals, fly-by-wire flight control, inertial sensors and attitude derivation, navigation systems, air data and air data systems, autopilots and flight management systems, displays and man-machine interaction.

« Aircraft control systems » this course allow to the student the following:

Illustrate the design of aircraft control systems; determine the behavior of an aircraft from the point of view of the pilot and the engineer ;

To identify the aircraft flying qualities.

Solve problems and dynamic stability of the airplane: study of lateral and longitudinal behavior of the aircraft.

Calculate the flying qualities and handling according to the flight class, the flight phase, frequency and damping, recognition of problems of oscillations induced by the pilot and associated control systems and handling qualities. Application of control methods on aircraft such as the gust alleviation and passenger comfort system.
