1. Help to Handled Production Planning & Inventory Control(PPIC):

- Prepare Daily Production Report

2. Appointed as Management Representative ( MR) to Handled Quality Management System.

Monitoring Turbine LM 6000 PG, Generator, Gas line, Evaporator, Coalesces, Water Treatment Plant, Compressor .

Analyze Troubleshooting Main component of Generator, Such as : Stator winding, Stator core, rotor endcap, Shaft Mounted Fan, Bearing Oil Sal, etc.

All of the company rules and internal policies must be followed.

All of the activities must be made according to Qualicoat and Qualanod and ISO9001 requirements

To take active part in documentation of ISO quality management system and Qualicoat and Qualanod (quality manual, work procedure etc.)

To collect representative samples from treatment tanks and waste water treatment section

Titrate and measure the samples according to work instructions

Evaluate the results based on the measurements and titration

Define the necessary chemical addition per tanks, and communicate and check the addition with the shift leaders

Registrant the results of measurements and addition,

Store and maintain the registrations and any other quality related documents

Collect representative samples of finished products and test plates required by Qualicoat and Qualanod

Perform all of the test on finished products and test plates which are required by Qualicoat and Qualanod

Arrange calibration & validation of the equipments and instruments in the STD (pH-meter, conductivity meter, colorimeter, thickness gauge, gloss meter, etc.)

Store the sample parameters analysis results even in hard or soft copy in a proper way in order to be easy to recall these data when needed, the same should be done for the sample panels collected from the production lines.

In case of significant deviation from the normal parameter range, direct and immediate inform the lab engineer to take action.

Secret of the LAB data should be aware and keep in consideration PT. Indokem Laborindo :

Analyze the Quality Product of Crude Palm Oil, Palm Kernel, Crude Palm Kernel, Petro 4, FAME, Refined Palm Oil, etc. Such as : FFA, M&I, Colour, IV, PV, CP,MP, DOBI,anV,Saponification Value, Flash Point, Density,specific Gravity,etc.

Can handle Sounding Tank and Vessel, Tank Inspection, Etc.
