Hired as the VP of Human Resources with the directive to develop a HR Division for the Company. Centralized HR functions and put in place organizational processes during a hyper-growth period when the employee population increased from 300 employees to over 1,000 employees over a six -year period. Additionally, during the market slow down, managed the reduction in staffing by 600 employees, over a three-year period, with no impacts to the bottom line.
