Contracted to assist in the development and management of a global network that manages over $300M of
inventory turning on an annual basis. This includes the demand planning of over a dozen site located in four
different continents. Established 10 strategic regional distribution centers to route material throughout the
network while managing the contracts for warehousing, transportation, logistics and cost management.

Accountable for the managing of an inventory of a 550,000 sq ft modern facility. This
includes the Planning & Traffic disciplines. A major contribution to this organization was an
Inventory Accuracy Program that improves accuracy from the low 70% to the mid 90%.
This was achieved through a problem solving technique of root cause analysis and corrective
action initiatives. Was the lead in the Warehouse Management System that integrated with
radio frequency & robotic inventory equipment.
