By using OrCAD schematic, PAD view, FPGA Max+ II and Aldec Active-VHDL Tools with High precise Equipments used as High speed Oscilloscope, Signal Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Frequency Counter and Firebird 6000A
Performed Design Verification Test (DVT), Thermal analysis test (TAT), Vibration Test (VT) and New Product Review (NPR) to select components matching with design data to meet manufacture ability, quality, efficiency, and reliability, generate an ECO (Engineering Change Order) to system, monitor BOM are up to date. Maintain logs, and daily status, records all detail and history of each product for future referent used.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production, Customer service and Systems test group to recreate bugs found in the system or in the field. Implement existing design changes, systems changes, specification and code releases to resolving technical issues, Update test procedures, specification for any errors found during performance test.
Search for substitute components in case components are obsolete and finding multiple sources to replace for sole source component. Update Components Database, Failure Analysis, and prediction the lifetime of components.
Review suspected lots providing by Incoming Inspection or in the field to meet, or not meet Customer requirements per Customer Specifications, or WHMA-A-620, or IPC-A-600, or IPC-A-610, contacting either Customers or Suppliers for the discrepancies.
Generate Discrepancy Reports (DR), Corrective/Preventative Action Request (C/PAR) to suppliers if lots repeatedly being nonconformance to improve Quality.
