Career Achievements
• Provided leadership to the Mexico operations thru the expansion of the offshore and land drilling services from a $6M per month revenue base to $ 22M per month revenue base by winning customer confidence in the team’s ability to perform and resolve operational, equipment, maintenance, project development and safety issues. Added new equipment to the fleet as well as maintaining the existing fleet thru project improvements.
• Project management for several new build construction projects as well as refurbishment of existing equipment. Projects came in on time and within the budget constraints. These projects included the design and fabrication of new offshore domestic and international mobile rigs (Jack-Ups and Semi Submersibles) and platform rigs, land rigs and well servicing equipment and the refurbishment of offshore rigs in various shipyards and/or manufacturing facilities - Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Italy, Mexico and the USA.
• Building teams thru leadership to perform the overall goals and objectives of the corporation. Some of these team members are now in other organizations as well as the existing organization in positions of influence and leadership.
