Managed the DCS Delta V system. Supported the Electrical construction, Control Systems Engineer for Instrumentation Control Systems, at Kennecott Copper Mining Facility. Built a molly processing plant and assisted in the System integration Design, documentation, start-up and commissions of control systems, AB 753 drives and E3 Starters and Device-networks. Performing Loop checks Commissions of the HVAC, trouble shooting and commissioning on over 800 motors of which 500 were VFD’s. Provided field support and construction supervision Electrical, Control Systems, Life Safety systems and Security for a Cheese Manufacturing Facility. Construction Superintendent: Chevron Texaco Energy 06-2002 – 03-2004

Provided field support and construction supervision with nonunion an union contractors, installation and checkout of all field devices for HVAC Units, large air compressors, Boilers, chillers, and monitoring systems for the US Government Installation in Corpus Christy, TX.

Construction Superintendent: Fluor / Citgo / Intel 01-2001 – 05-2002

Provided field construction supervision for a Fire rebuild of a Crude Unit for Citgo in Lemont, IL. Supervised and certified instrument loop checks back to the DCS control system with union craft.
