Since January 2000 I am working in the department of nuclear medicine of Sahloul’s hospital of Sousse. Approximately 4000 nuclear medicine procedures are performed annually in this department, using a wide variety of diagnostic techniques including essentially:

Bone scintigraphy

Thyroid scintigraphy

Gastroesophageal scintigraphy

Gastric Emptying and bleeding Scintigraphy

Myocardial scintigraphy

Renal scintigraphy and isotopic cystography.

Parathyroid scintigraphy

Adrenal scintigraphy

Therapeutic activities concern essentially the treatment of thyroid cancer and hyperthyroidism with iodine 131 and the treatment of hyperalgic bone metastasis with samarium 53.

Department of Nuclear Medicine - Anticancer center Jean Perrin Clermont Ferrand; France:

I have performed a training work of two years in the department of nuclear medicine of the anticancer center of Clermont Ferrand. This was for me an opportunity to provide further experience in nuclear oncology and cardiology and to achieve training in a wide variety of new diagnostic procedures including essentially:
