Responsible for regular 33KV line patrolling to maintain zero power tripping & reduce Diesel cost of plant.

Responsible for Operation & Regular Maintenance of-

Scheduled Calibration of weigh feeders (SCHENCK PROCESS) & their PID Controllers (Allen Bradley).

Maintenance and checking of diverter gates and Auma actuators, Checking of Pressure, Level and flow switches, Checking and Wiring of Inductive, Capacitive sensors, Commissioning & Maintenance works of field instruments, Calibration and maintenance of 12 spouts Roto packer. Checking of RTD & thermocouple

Knowledge of Maintenance of Motor Control Centres and Power Control Centres.

Scheduled Calibration of Roto-Packer (Double Discharge-12 Spouts, Make-ETIL)

Blending (Capacity-125 TPH, MAKE-WAM) & Packing Plant Operation & Maintenance.

Scheduled Calibration of ROTO PACKER {180-TPH} (ENEXCO TIL) and Truck Loading Machine {2000T-ENEXCO TIL).

Development of PLC logic program equipping with PLC (ACS500) using ABB Control Builder Plus according to plant requirement & Designing of SCADA based application screen using CHMI 800.

VFD (ACS 550, ACS 800,ACS850, MAKE-ABB India Ltd.).

Screw Compressors (CP60 & CPE125 & 125 W up to 220 & 220 W-Chicago Pneumatic).

Coarse Fly Ash Classification [Classifier Capacity-130-TPH, MAKE-RITZ].
