NTPC BHEL POWER PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED (NBPPL) A Joint venture company of NTPC & BHEL under the administrative control of DHI, Ministry of Heavy Industries, in a fixed tenure basis on Payroll of M/s. UTILITY POWERTECH LIMITED A Joint venture company of NTPC & RELIANCE INFRA private limited in HR Department with effect from 29-09-2014 to till date. NBPPL which is a Joint-venture of NTPC Limited and BHEL. NBPPL is executing BoP of 3 Gas based power plants located at NE Region and EPC of 500MW Unchahar Project of NTPC Limited. NBPPL is also setting up a power equipment manufacturing plant at Mannavaram, Andhra Pradesh and has started manufacturing CHP Spares. KEY PERFORMING AREAS:

Recruitment and staffing, Employee welfare, Employee Relations, MIS, Leave & Attendance, Statutory Compliance, HR Database Maintenance, Joining & Exit Formalities, Training & Development, PMS implementation, Employee Relations, statutory compliances, Administration, Public relations, liaison and Coordination with various committees, Other Day to Day HR Activities

Recruitment

•Handling end to end recruitment process.

•Dealing with all of the administrative processes associated with staff recruitment and selection including Job posting, Receiving applications, Short-listing, Interviewing as per the requirement.

•Managing and coordinating various recruitment exercises.

•Coordinating with shortlisted candidates as well as interview panel members and generating offer letters.

•Dealing with the Character & Antecedents verification of newly joined employees.

•Analyzing manpower requirement from respective departments and planning and executing accordingly.

MIS Reporting

•Managing and ensuring Management information system and preparing various reports as required from time to time.

•Responsible for Managing and ensuring data for payroll management.

•Supporting to manager HR for preparation of various proposals in employees movements like internal and external transfers.

•Managing and analyzing weekly and monthly Human resource management reports and attrition rate.

Training & Development

•Exposure in organizing internal training programmes and nomination for external programmes.

•Experience in identification of training needs and maintenance of training database.

•Planning and executing the assessments for training programs & processing accordingly. PMS implementation

•Maintaining and updating the PMS forms periodically.

•Distributing the forms to the employees and forwarding the same to higher authorities for the appraisal.

•Calculating the PRP (Performance Related Pay) accordingly as per the norms of company depending on the score of the employees.

•Maintaining the reports / scores confidentially till results are released.

•Responsible for maintenance of Annual confidential Reports / PAR forms. Statutory Compliance

•Managing the statutory compliance records.

•Maintaining and updating the Contract Labour registers.

•Ensuring issue of forms to contractors for obtaining licenses / approvals.

•Preparing and submitting quarterly / annual returns and coordinating with authorities for factory related compliances.

Employee Relations

•Acts as a liaison between staff and management to address various situations as and when necessary.

•Ensuring and managing PF coverage’s and related activities.

•Introduction to new employees regarding policies and procedures.

•Responsible for developing, tracking and managing all documentation, notifications, correspondence, files, etc.

•Managing and ensuring employees medical Coverage and Claim settlements.

•Responsible for managing and processing company leased accommodation requests of the employees.

•Handling of staff issues / queries related to various HR Policies.

•Handling Employees Full & Final Settlement, Exit Interview process etc.

•Dealing with all queries relating to Payroll Management & Leave Management

•Processing monthly attendance / muster rolls for regular employees and contract employees.

•Keeping track of Confirmation and Increments of employees. Corporate Social Responsibility:

•Facilitated in implementation of CSR activities in the company.

•Conducting Medical Camps for Six Villages which are near by the company.
