Corporate Senior Quality Engineer – New and Current Programs/Products.

Responsible for working with Group and Divisional Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality personnel to successfully launch/SOP new seating systems programs/products whiles supporting current ones as required to comply with Lear Global Supplier Quality requirements.

Responsible and successfully supported the following OEM-Customers: FCA, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW and Hyundai, including their Lear Program Management Process, Timing Plan, APQP and Supplier Readiness requirements from development phase to End of Life (EOL).

Corporate coordinator for their Substance of Concerns (SoC) removal and IMDS requirements.

Successfully completed all SOP Deliverables and timely received ANPQP PPAPs approval from Nissan for two MY12.5 & 13 cars and trucks seats programs (18 Vehicles). Started MY14 seats program.

Championed resolutions and timely implemented customer (Nissan) corrective actions to closures. Successfully developed problem suppliers without interrupting Nissan’s manufacturing productions.
