Production Supervisor (Debone Department)
I spent one year as an hourly production worker after working in production I was promoted to a process coordinator over a debone cone line. I kept this position for a year and a half. Then I was promoted to a production supervisor of a debone cone line in January of 2014. My responsibilities are maintaining the safety of the plant and managing 40 to 80 people. This includes maintaining production, managing payroll, working with the U.S.D.A., and ensuring that our customer get the best quality product possible. Keeping up and managing the process also includes meeting all production requirements, safety audits, and keeping up will all required documentation.
