DAFNE DALIDA RESTAURANT 2011-2012
This restaurant was my first work place. I was very excited and was very glad, because it was a job of my dream and still l love this job. First my trainers taught me about the history of beverages, then we passed the history of drinks for a month and began to learn the classic cocktails and mixing Italian drinks. A month later the Italian Bartenders Association organised Jack Daniels training in our restaurant and later on we did another beverages trainings.
ICEBERG HOTEL 2012-2012
The Iceberg Hotel is a Turkish hotel and it was my second work place. Here I was also continuing to learn my official duty. Learning about the history of beverages and mixing cocktails. During these lessons the Azerbaijan Bartender Association were organising many trainings on beverages and mixing cocktails.
TURKEY ALANYA ROBINHOOD CLUB
2012-2013
My managements in the Iceberg hotel were the Turkish hotel organisers. They were following me that, in official duty I was more active than other staff. They decided to send me to their own place to the Robinhood club (because I was familiar with and adopted almost all Italian drinks and beverages than other staff). At first there was a little bit excited for me, but I had gotten used to 2 or 3 days later. There I have learned to be faster in the busy time and speed mixing.
BAKU SEGAFREDO ZANETTI 2013-2014
This coffee shop is an Italian brand. Many coffee experts came to Azerbaijan from Italy. First of all we took many trainings and practices about Italian hot drinks (how to make 100% Arabica coffee, the best coffee places, where are they growing up, how to make ristretto, espresso, cappuccino, doppio, latte art, as well as affogato and etc.) till the opening. It also was the best practice in my life, because I have learned official duty of barista and now I can prepare several hot & cold drinks with Arabica coffee.
EURASIA FOOD HALL 2014-2015
I’ve met with great Italian mixing and flair bartenders, when I came here. Before opening, we took many practices and trainings about the beverages and cocktails in our menu. We took the real Italian trainings about the Italian best drinks (hanky panky, vesper martini, boulevardier, negroni, negrosky, graperoni, Americano, aperol spritz, and etc.). I’ve also learned flair from my best Italian trainer (Giovanni Damico) and mixology from my best Mixologist trainer (Mario Farulla). That restaurant was the biggest Italian project in Azerbaijan.
OTTO COLONNE 2015-2016
This restaurant was seeking for a head bartender. I have already been professionally bartender and advertised my signature cocktails to Otto Colonne management and they appreciated my flair performance as well. I prepared Italian beverages menu and provided many practices with my barbacks and bartenders till the opening. At last we did the grand testing with a participation of the Azerbaijan Bartenders Association and Italian Bartenders Association. They have taken examination of menu from me and my bar team. I was more tired in that day. We won hardly.
FOUR SEASONS HOTELS & RESORT 2016-2016
WHEN I WAS WORKING IN THE OTTO COLONNE (NEW IDENTITY IS THE GRAZIE BAKU) I HAD A GOOD SERVICE MANAGER (BORIS AGHALAROV) OF GM. DURING THE WORKING TIME HE WAS FOLLOWING MY WORKING STYLE AND APPROVED, THEN HE HAD GOTEN A JOB OFFER FROM HR DEPT. OF THE FOUR SEASONS HOTELS & RESORTS. HE CHANGED JOB DESTINATION IN APRIL 3, 2016. I ATTACHED AFTER A MONTH MY CV RESUME TO THE FOUR SEASONS’ JOB BOARD BY THE HELP OF MY OLD SERVICE MANAGER AND GOT A NEW JOB OFFER FROM THE HR DEPT. OF THE FOUR SEASONS HOTELS. MY FIRST TRAINING WAS ON JUNE 2, 2009. THE ORGANIZER WAS OFFICE NUMBER OF 650 FROM THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE AND THE PROVIDER WAS OUR TEACHER OF CUSTOMS. THAT DAY WAS A LITTLE BIT EXCITED, BECAUSE I HAVEN’T STILL BEEN IN ANY TRAINING OR PRACTICE, BUT THE TRAINING COURCES PASSED LUCKULY. WE DID MANY EXAMINATIONS IN THE TRAIN LORRIES. SOMETIMES I MIGHT LOSE MYSELF THERE, BECAUSE THERE WERE BIG HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, AND OUR TASK WAS TO EXAM THOSE LORRIES. AT THE END OF EACH EDUCATION YEAR, WE’VE TAKEN THE TRAININGS AND PRACTICES.

Flair skills I’M A PROFESSIONAL FLAIR BARTERNDER. I BEGAN TO LEARN FLAIR FROM 2012. I MET WITH GIOVANNI DAMICO AFTER 2 YEARS (IN 2014). HE WAS A PROFESSIONAL ITALIAN FLAIR BARTENDER. HE TAUGHT ME WITH PROFESSIONALITY. WE WERE DOING PRACTICE FOR 3 HOURS FOR 4 DAYS A WEEK. I POSTED MY YOUTUBE LINK IN HEADLINE OF THE CV. YOU CAN CHECK IT.
MIXOLOGY SKILLS I KNOW BETTER ITALIAN MIXOLOGY THAN OTHERS. I BEGAN TO LEARN MIXOLOGY FROM 2012 (IN THE ICEBERG HOTEL WE DID MANY ITALIAN MIX COMPETITIONS THERE. (APEROL MIX MASTERS 2012, 4TH PLACE (FROM ITALY), FINLANDIA SHAKE GROUP 2012, 4TH PLACE (FROM FINLAND AND RUSSIA), COINTREAU MIX MASTERS 2015, 2ND PLACE.
FBS (flair bartenders’ school) ROME AFTER FAIL OF EURASIA, MY MIXOLOGY AND FLAIR TEACHERS (MARIO FARULLA, GIOVANNI DAMICO) DESIDED TO CALL ME TO ROME BY THE EMBASSY, AND IT WAS SUCCESFULLY. I FLEW TO ROME BY AN INVITATION OF MARIO FARULLA. AFTER THE FLIGHT TO ROME, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY ID (AND THE TRAINING CERTIFICATES) SUBMIT TO THE FBS HR (FLAIR BARTENDER SCHOOL). THE OWNER OF THE FBS ACCEPTED ME FOR 3 MONTH AND THEY OPENED AN EDUCATION VISA FOR ME. FOR A MONTH WE BEGAN TO REPEAT ABOUT MIXOLOGY DRINKS AND HISTORY OF BEVERAGES. IN THE SECOND MONTH I GAVE AN EXAM FROM SPEED MIXING, BUT I FAILED, BECAUSE THEIR STANDARDS OF RESTAURANTS OR HOTELS REQUIRE MORE DISCIPLINE THAN OURS. THEN WE GAVE AN EXAM AGAIN AND I TOOK THE 6TH PLACE. WE PASSED TO LEARN ABOUT FLAIR IN THE 3RD MONTH.
