Duties and Responsibilities:
Being a CRD-Assistant is a complex and dynamic position, because you are responsible of the
following tasks;
PROCESSING:
Processing of Evaluation Copies, Purchased Orders (PO of Text Books)
Learning Guides, Teachers Guides and Syllabus of diff. private schools in
Region IV and V.
Preparing different types of school requests such as rebates, incentives,
financial assistance, seminar budget, overpayment, transportation and hotel
accommodation requests, in-service and promotional seminar requests,
benchmarking, gifts and giveaways for the School Directress, Principal,
Superintendent and Faculty members.
Processing of several documents such as TDF(Teachers Dev’t Fund) Petty
Cash for reimbursement or check preparation to be given to our agents.
FORWARDING DOCUMENTS:
Making sure that the prepared school requests as aforementioned above are
forwarded timely to the appropriate dept. for the 2nd processing phase.
MONITORING:
Carefully monitoring the processed documents for releasing by doing follow-up calls to concerned department. Each request has its own deadline depends on the need of the client, so make sure that the request is ready a week before the target date, but make sure that the details are correct and appropriate most especially in dealing w/ checks to avoid delays.
Monitoring of Out of Stock books (sample copies or PO) from time to time to give real-time feedbacks to client. If the requested or ordered books are already available, process them as soon as possible.
Monitoring of delivery of books.
OTHERS:
Updating Account Analysis. Filing documents. Communicating to different school staff w/ regards to their request and concerns. Traveling to different schools to assist them in our promotional/ in-service seminars. Doing follow-up calls to schools regarding their payments and the likes.
