CAREER SUMMARY:

After completion of apprentice from Pakistan steel mill I am working in Pakistan steel since 29-03-2007 to 20-7-2016 almost TEN years of experience as a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN.

Worked as a millwright in FFBL annual turnaround 2013.

Currently working in AL MASHARIQ TRADING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY in Dammam KSA as a mechanical technician .

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE OF INSTALLATION, COMMISIONING, MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

BLOOM REHEATING FURNACE:

Repair and maintenance work and installation of complete accessories of reheating furnace during rolling and shut down position. Valves, burner bodies with nozzles and jets, water pipe lines, steam pipe lines, natural, coke oven gas pipe lines, windows, baffles and other mechanical work.

Maintenance of blower centrifugal type for furnace rpm 2900.

Capacity of furnace 410 ton and production 100 ton per hour.

PUMPS:

Overhauling, repair, maintenance, installation, make alignment, high speed and high pressure all types of pumps(pressure 2kgf/cm2 to 5kgf/cm2and 1500rpm to 1800 rpm ) like centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, drain pumps, vertical pumps, multi stage impeller pumps submersible pumps.

OVER HEAD MAGNETIC CRANES:

Working experience on over head magnetic cranes over 180 ton capacity.

VALVES:

Repair, maintenance and installation of all following valves, pressure 1kgf/cm2 to

10kgf/cm2, size/diameters 10mm to 300mm.

Gate valve, control valve, butterfly valve, Cork valve, foot valve, Float valve, Needle valve, Regulator Valve, Non return valve, safety valves.

BENCH WORK

Ability to work all types of bench work, thread with tape and die, cutting, filing, scraping, drilling, riveting.

ASSEMBLY WORK:

Having a good experience of roller assembly and all types of bearing like Roller bearing, Tapper roller bearing Ball bearing. Assembly work of high speed and heavy load gear boxes, and small gear boxes with gear chains

PIPE FITTING

Having an experience of Pipe fitting with elbow, union, socket etc.

COMPUTER SKILLS

MS office course.

English language course.

SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIORNMENT:

First aid techniques.

Fire fighting techniques.

Attend safety lecture during duty time for concern plant for the awareness of safety during working.

Maintenance work and look after of all above mechanical equipments.

To check reheating furnace and other utilities of furnace during rolling

To check all the ventilation systems with working of gauze filter its gear box.

To check all pumps in pipe tunnel and cable tunnels.

To Check all pipe lines (water, gas, steam, and air).

To Check and maintaining the pressure of natural gas, water and oxygen gas.

To check blower with cooling system, air and oil level.
