My current position as an Office Manager consists of a general administrative and customer service role and I feel that the skills I have gained are transferable to this role. I have worked in the judicial system for 19 plus years and I have seen all phases of court administration. I am an excellent communicator, having had a lot of experience of dealing with different people and working as a court clerk there was a number of times I had to handle evidence. I have have a lot of experience in writing, analyzing, reviewing and checking documents, being involved in meetings and taking minutes, making appointments and re arranging ones that cannot be met, creating new systems and organizing a busy team environment.
I feel that with my customer service and my judicial court background, I have a diplomatic personality and always try to make a solution amicable wherever possible. I have excellent computer skills and am a fast learner for new programs and databases.
