I worked at Resorts World Manila for four years as a permanent employee with a title of Genting Club Service Ambassador, whose main responsibility (but not limited to) is to take care of the food and beverage needs of the playing guest in the casino area. As a Service Ambassador, we are in-charge of the over all service possible a guest needs. It may be carrying their luggage upon checking in, do their room reservation and we have the access to the places where guest would possibly go, to provide our outmost personalized service for their convenience.
