Sales manager, responsible for 9 person sales team with duties includung hiring new reps when needed, training and developement of new and current reps via one on one sessions and going on sales calls together. Responsible for delivering sales objectives to team and ensuring attainment of objectives set forth by management . Implementation of new procedures as managemnet sees the need for them.
1997 - 2007 - Self Emplyed . Owned a wireless business representing the major carriers ( AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Nextel / Sprint ) Sold wireless product and services to business clients. Sold business in 2007 due to a slow economy.
1986 - 1997 - AT&T Business to Business Products Division performing telemarketing to current client base as well as new prospective clients offering AT&T Business Products and services . Also progressed to outside sales rep consistently exceeding sales goals set forth by management, becoming the top producer on my team receiving numerous achievment awards including The AT&T Shared Values Award for outstanding performance. Laid off due to downsizing.
