My position as an Account Executive is responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining up to 60 clients a day with a gross profit of over a million dollars. My duties include, but were not limited to:

- Client account specialist: Constant daily contact with all my clients via email and over the phone. Timing is extremely important on all my orders to get a job done and delivered to the client based on the turn time of an order.

- Client complaint resolution: If a client has an issue with an order such as payments or an order was not done correctly, it was reviewed and resolved.

On-Site Community Property Manager- June, 2006-May, 2007 My position was to manage a 366 unit condo conversion for the HOA. I was promoted in this position after being an assistant property manager for the apartment side of the conversion. My duties included, but not limited to:

* Seek out bids from contractors while maintaining a budget for the HOA.

* Coordinate Board Meetings and assist in the presentation of homeowner meetings.

* Working with on-site construction staff to make sure homeowners keys were given to me by the homeowners closing day.

* Reading and enforcing the property’s bylaws and governing documents.

* Assist with scheduling the 30 day after care program for new homeowners. Assistant Property Manager- BH Management-March, 2005- June, 2006 My position was to assist in managing a 366 unit Apartment Community/Condo conversion for the apartment management.

* Monitored the timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections and ensure landlord/tenant statutes are followed.

* Pulling various daily financial reports to insure accuracy.
