• Purchased, renovated and developed Fast Eddie's Cafe a full service breakfast and lunch cafe which

President of National Smokeless Tobacco Company with P&L responsibility for $100M

International Operations including Canadian operations and 26 export markets worldwide.

Consistently increased profit for the company and growth of ~$1.5M in 2006.

In 2005 versus 2004 increased unit volume by 4.0% selling 15.5M units. In addition, increased

divisional contribution by 6% delivering $18.6M. In 2006 versus 2005 increased unit volume by

6% selling 16.5M units. In addition, increased divisional contribution by 8% delivering $20.1M.

Reorganized and revitalized company. Promoted and/or placed individuals in roles that fit their

respective strengths. Created and led functioning team of 20 at senior and middle management

levels. Former growth levels of 1 2% were increased to 4 5% year 1, 6% year 2 and 8% in year 3.

Made influential presentations to key government officials and Key Retail and Wholesale

Accounts throughout Canada. In conjunction with Director of International Government Relations

Led and developed 6 advertising campaigns budgeted at ~$5 $7M. Directed advertising agencies

at photo shoots and ad development. In addition, directed agency in development in two branded

videos. Campaigns were directed at customer retention and were all done on time and within

budget. Directed our Event Promotions Team in the development of the strategic direction and

alignment with Brand Specific Events including Professional Bull Riding, Rodeo, NHRA and

various 21+ marketing activities.

Managed direct marketing agency in over 10+ direct marketing campaigns providing strategic

direction for each campaign. Ultimately, delivering on an average of 10 15% redemption rates

while increasing brand value among >1M adult consumers.

Led Cross Functional team as Brand Manager with the introduction of Copenhagen Long Cut.

(Companies first line extension for the brand since 1822). Currently Copenhagen Long Cut

delivers in excess of $300M dollars in retail sales annually.

Directed start up of first branded Web Site for product brand Copenhagen, including strategic

development and overcoming regulatory uncertainty. Site generated most hits of any branded web

site in the organization.
