Service Manager

My duties as Service Manager involved supervising 7 mechanics and 2 advisors. During my time as manager, I took the shop from negative income to profitability. This was accomplished by fixing the pay scales, creating more positions, and reorganizing current positions. Our profit margins were rising. Further responsibilities included warranties, scheduling and customer services.

While working at Buds Chrysler I worked three different department I worked as the business Manager which I was responsible for making sure all the paper work was done in a proper manner for the customer. Also, I completed all the financing and leases for the dealership. Then made the decision to move departments again and worked as a Service Advisor. Here my duties as advisor were to help the customer with their service experience, making sure it went smoothly. .My job duties included dispatching work to the tech, follow-up and time management.

I started in Detail Department, From there I went on to work as a warranty clerk I was responsible for making sure all warranty claims were processed and Paid. I also worked in the sales department were I helped customers find the right car for them.
