Operations / Equipment Manager Chandler, AZ 2002 to 2016
Directed technical manufacturing operations to support backend processing, including final test (internally and externally). Full P&L ownership / strategies: benchmark unit cost, sourced consumables, chemicals, calibrations, and negotiated/contracted services. Developed and led staff of 6 managers, Industrial engineers, equipment and process technicians, associates, and document control / planning / logistics personnel; 150 to 85 total headcount.
