Human Resources Director (2015-2016)

Managed Soldier and Family Assistance Center. Directed 23 staff members providing 18 transitional services, including social and financial services, vocational rehabilitation, and child and youth services to thousands of transitioning Soldiers and their Families. Provided operational, personnel, and logistical support to the staff and worked closely with the American Red Cross and other non-profit agencies to support the mission.

Prepared and managed employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, and evaluations using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Ensured adherence to human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations; prepared reports, compiled statistics, and advised senior leaders on shortfalls and training requirements

Deputy Manager/Executive Officer (2014-2015)
